Coastal Sports Nutrition is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (IOC) and practices under GDPR laws and BDA code of ethics to ensure that your privacy and personal identifiable information is protected.
Safeguarding and sharing personal information

Online consultations and electronic communication (email/ text/ phone) is carried out on a password protected laptop and phone.

Clients will remain anonymous in any electronic/ paper notes/ reports/ calendars.

Personal information no longer required will be destroyed at 2 years post client discharge and/or sooner if client desires and will be discussed during final consultation. You can, at any time, request for your personal information to be deleted. ​

Personal information will never be used for market research purposes nor shared with any third party without consent.

Prior to working together, you wil be provided with a terms and conditions contract to sign which will supplement the information above.
