About the event

This will be useful for individuals at all levels of fitness, and will explore the following;

  • Basic macronutrient recommendations (Carbohydrate, fat & protein)
  • Pre, intra & post training fuelling
  • Carbohydrate loading basics
  • Recovery nutrition

If you cross train and/ or do other sports (team/ combat/ crossfit etc) you will also take useful information from this, everyone is welcome. Doors open at 6:45pm and the session will start at 7pm with chance for a Q&A at the end - so bring your questions :)
